The Praia Story

The idea of Praia Villas originated from its founder Jandir's dream of visiting Indonesia since his childhood. After migrating to Australia and working hard for a year, Jandir finally realized his dream of visiting Bali in 2013.

Over the years, his solo trips turned into family vacations, and he began to see Bali as a potential place to extend his business and life. Combining his passion for Bali's culture and architecture with his professional experience in property development and construction, he decided to create Praia Villas.

By building relationships with local partners, Jandir was able to turn his dream into reality and create a unique brand that showcases the beauty of Bali.

Jandir Nicoli Jr.

Director

As a Project Director in the property and construction industry, Jandir has gained extensive experience over the last 15 years. With a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for both private and government clients across diverse regions such as Australia, Brazil, and Indonesia, he has honed his skills in managing complex residential and commercial projects.

Katie Nicoli

Commissioner

Katie hails from Manchester in the UK but has been residing in Sydney, Australia for the past 13 years. Her expertise lies in the field of Global Talent and Project Management as she has worked extensively for a technology company. Additionally, she holds the distinction of being a certified Executive Coach. Although Katie is not actively involved in the daily operations of Praia Villas, she serves as a valuable consultant to the leadership team, offering her valuable insights and guidance.

Ekho Adi Putra

Design Manager

Ekho is an architect with a modernist approach, yet he values traditional Balinese beliefs and is mindful of the environment. He is skilled in blending functionality and aesthetics in each of his designs, creating structures that seamlessly blend with their surroundings. His expertise lies in crafting personalized, modern, and minimalist architecture and interiors in Bali and Lombok.

Designer & 3D Artist

Juana is a skilled professional who aids us in materializing our concepts by creating thorough outlines and ultimately transforming them into intricate designs. He possesses a remarkable sense of composition, photo-realism, and lighting, which enables him to produce high-quality visuals. He specializes in 3D modeling and visualization and has garnered five years of experience in supporting clients worldwide.
