The Praia Story

The idea of Praia Villas originated from its founder Jandir's dream of visiting Indonesia since his childhood. After migrating to Australia and working hard for a year, Jandir finally realized his dream of visiting Bali in 2013.

Over the years, his solo trips turned into family vacations, and he began to see Bali as a potential place to extend his business and life. Combining his passion for Bali's culture and architecture with his professional experience in property development and construction, he decided to create Praia Villas.

By building relationships with local partners, Jandir was able to turn his dream into reality and create a unique brand that showcases the beauty of Bali.
